About Us

The Catering Crew is a full service catering business providing exceptional services to businesses and private individuals throughout Western New York. We are available for any occasion at any location. Whether you have 10 or 300 guests, an indoor or outside event, day or night, our chef and culinary staff will create an unforgettable event for you and your guests.

The Food

The Catering Crew specializes in delivering simply delicious food for breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and receptions. Convenient, reliable service, friendly staff and competitive prices make the Catering Crew a great choice for meetings, events, and gatherings.

Social Enterprise

Social Enterprise is a self-sustaining social program that promotes entrepreneurial, earned income strategies through employment and training. At the YWCA of the Niagara Frontier, we utilize the social enterprise model with our Catering Crew initiative at Carolyn’s House and at our commercial kitchen in Lockport, NY. The Catering Crew provides both valuable services to a population in need and a potential method of sustainability for our organization, using market-based strategies to provide training, create jobs, and increase opportunities for people facing employment barriers.

Our Staff

The Catering Crew is very proud to have Executive Chef/Culinary Instructor Debbie Clark in the kitchen’s lead role. Deborah Clark has been cooking professionally for over 30 years and is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. She is French trained in pastry cookery as well as savory cooking. Chef Clark works as a culinary instructor, a private chef, a food stylist, a kitchen design consultant and caterer. Chef Clark work and career have been featured in cookbooks and international magazines.


The culinary staff of The Catering Crew is committed to bringing each customer excellent cuisine and service. We offer a variety of menus appropriate for any event including buffets, hors d’oeuvres, food stations, sit-down and family-style dinners, dessert receptions, drop off service and business breakfasts and lunches.
